Jarvis Terms of Service

Effective date: October 6, 2026 · Last updated: October 6, 2026

1. About Jarvis

Jarvis (“Jarvis”, “the app”) is a private, self-hosted AI assistant operated by a single individual (“the owner”) for his own use with his own Google accounts. These terms govern use of Jarvis and this website.

2. Who may use Jarvis

Jarvis is for the owner's personal use only. No one else is authorized to use Jarvis, sign in to it, or connect accounts to it. Jarvis does not offer accounts, subscriptions or services to the public.

3. Acceptable use

4. Owner approval of actions

Jarvis shows the owner what it intends to do and waits for confirmation before it sends email, creates, edits or deletes calendar events or documents, or deletes or shares files. The owner is responsible for reviewing and approving those actions.

5. Privacy

How Jarvis accesses, uses, stores, protects and shares Google user data is described in the Jarvis Privacy Policy.

6. Third-party services

Jarvis relies on Google APIs and on an AI language-model provider chosen by the owner. Each is subject to its own terms. Jarvis is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google.

7. No warranty

Jarvis is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. AI-generated output can be inaccurate or incomplete and should be reviewed before it is relied on.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the owner is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from use of Jarvis or this website.

9. Termination

Access to Jarvis can be revoked at any time by removing Jarvis at myaccount.google.com/permissions. The owner may modify or discontinue Jarvis at any time.

10. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated by posting a new version on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
